Custom Orders and Commissions

Custom work is subject to the following conditions:

• All custom projects require a signed agreement and deposit before work begins
• Designs and quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Material substitutions may be necessary due to availability
• Lead times are estimates and may be affected by material sourcing and workshop capacity
• Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Glacier-sable is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products
• We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• We are not responsible for variations in reclaimed wood characteristics including color, grain pattern, or minor imperfections inherent to salvaged materials
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question

Product Warranties

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our work. However:

• Natural characteristics of reclaimed wood, including checking, minor warping, or color variation, are not considered defects
• Structural joinery is warranted against failure for a period of two years from delivery
• Finish warranties are limited to six months and do not cover normal wear or improper maintenance
• Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or environmental factors is not covered

User-Submitted Content

If you submit inquiries, feedback, or other content through our website:

• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content for business purposes
• You represent that you own or have rights to the content you submit
• We reserve the right to remove any submitted content at our discretion
